To whom it may concern,

This is a letter recommending S.R Building Pty Ltd to any future client who may be considering Steve and his men for a building project, that you may have available.

Take my word for it you will never regret your decision if you consider Steve, the professionalism, talent, and attitude that he and his team will bring to your project, I believe could not be matched by any other building company.

From the very first day when Steve come to quote the job (there was supposed to be two quotes, the other guy didn't turn up) Steve put my wife and I at ease, he took the time to answer all our questions, carefully explained all aspects of the quote and work to be undertaken, assured us that they would have consideration for our circumstances during construction and that all work and material's used would be of the highest standards.

All commitments Steve made were met; Steve and his men were polite, well mannered ad helpful at all times, their attention to detail was excellent, their work and standards of finish was superb, and the materials they used was first grade. 

They also endeavoured to always leave the work area clean and tidy at the end of each working day, this was greatly appreciated by my wife and I.

There are many examples I could offer to re enforce my opinion but we don't have all day, one example was, that they were to put in a new laundry sink, when I explained to Steve my need for bench space and at least 40cm below tap for my physical needs, Steve had a bench constructed and had a new stainless tub installed with a flick mixer that sat high enough so that I had my 40cm under the tap.

I have no reservations about recommending Steve and his team to any future clients, you will not be disappointed by your choice.

Hi Steve,

I just want to thank you for making my life in and around the house more easier and accessible that was very much needed.  While these are just a few small changes and upgrades, it has already made a huge difference in my life and for that I am eternally grateful.

Thank you so much for making me a high priority in your busy schedules.  The workmanship is of the highest quality (thanks Steve!) and I now look forward to many years of use.  It is the simple things that can help with quality of life and that is what you have achieved for me!
